Vistancia

Vistancia Village is part of the Vistancia Master Planned Community that consists of nearly 3,600 homes laid out over 1,250 acres that were built between 2004 and 2022. Homes range from townhomes with their own community pool to semi custom estates in gated neighborhoods (there are 9 gated sections). The Village features excellent amenities starting with the 15,000 square foot Mountain Vista Club that features a resort pool, waterslide pool, heated lap pool, lighted tennis courts, outdoor event lawn, and an indoor gymnasium. The northern part of The Village highlights the Foothills Center, which includes a heated resort style pool, children’s playground, and picnic area.

Quite possibly the best feature in Vistancia is the Discovery Trail that weaves through the community and connects many of the neighborhoods to the schools, parks, and different amenities. The Discovery Trail is great for exercise and getting around the community without taking streets! It runs 3.2 miles in total from the Vistancia waterfall to the Sundial along the canal.
