Trilogy at Vistancia is the premier active adult gated community in Arizona that consists of approximately 3,300 homes built between 2004 and 2022. Next is the Mita Club, an 11,000 square foot oasis that offers a fitness center, an outdoor resort pool, a culinary studio, as well as an art studio.
